Due to the nature of our products being digital and downloadable, all sales made on Hometessori are final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds after a purchase is completed
Digital Products
Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it is deemed used and cannot be returned. This policy ensures that all customers have equal access to our intellectual property and that our digital resources remain valuable and secure.
Exceptions
- Technical Issues: If you experience any technical issues with your download, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the problem and ensure you receive the product in working condition.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction, and we will review your case.
