MindSprout is a family-founded educational initiative dedicated to empowering home educators and families through accessible, thoughtfully designed learning materials and resources. At the heart of our offerings is Hometessori®, our flagship product line crafted specifically to bring the MONTESSORI method into the HOME environment in a practical, much affordable, and user-friendly way.
HOW WE STARTED
The journey that led to Hometessori's creation is deeply personal. After leaving my corporate career to become a stay-at-home mom and then, navigating the challenges of homeschooling at the time of pandemic, we encountered firsthand the difficulty of (1) providing home education while at the same time juggling time with other responsibilities, (2) accessing Montessori resources without incurring prohibitive costs, and (3) having limited experience, guidance, and community.
I personally understand that pursuing to provide a Montessori-aligned environment and child-empowering education CAN OVERWHELM parents new to the approach. That's why we created Hometessori. It's aimed to bridge the gap, lessen the overwhelm, and make the Montessori method doable and enjoyable even for parents regardless of their background or experience.
OUR VISION & WHO WE SERVE
Our vision at MindSprout is to support and equip home educators with the tools and knowledge they need to nurture independent, confident learners. We believe that education is not one-size-fits-all, and that every child deserves a learning environment tailored to their unique being and supportive of their development.
With Hometessori, we envision helping parents or home educators who seek to adhere to the Montessori method as authentically as possible BUT:
- With no prior Montessori experience, allowing them to present lessons confidently and effectively.
- With limited budget, giving them great value at a relatively low cost.
- With restricted spaces at home, providing materials that can be easily stored and organized
WHAT WE OFFER

Our resources are primarily for educators of children ages 3 to 6, which is a crucial stage for hands-on, foundational learning. The key areas covered in our Basic Collection are Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, and Math, while the Upgrade Collection adds Geography & History, Life Science, Physical Science, and Arts & Music.

HOW WE OPERATE
MindSprout LLC is a woman-owned (me!) small family business registered in the US and in the Philippines. Through this business, we help provide financial support to (1) a missionary family in Pakistan,
(2) to Sandra Copping's projects in Africa, and (3) to the urban poor community we serve in the Philippines. Additionally, we also provide means for the underprivileged families to have FREE access to Hometessori through the Grant Program.
There are many aspects to this business and I alone could not have done everything on my own, especially since I have other priorities too (i.e., family with two kids and church ministry). Through the years, we have employed the skills and expertise of several people, including an AMI-trained guide, graphic artists, marketing specialists, user-generated content creators, website developers, a data analyst, and even undergraduates who can do administrative tasks. We also have affiliates who earn by commission whenever someone buys through their link.
Personally, I think of this business as God’s means for us to provide employment and bless others. We are for-profit but trust that as you support our business, you also support those whom we support.

While Hometessori offers several printable materials to use along with the lessons, we don’t aim to replace what’s already working in authentic Montessori environments. Instead, we offer DIY alternatives and supplemental materials when appropriate, while still pointing families back to true Montessori materials as the foundation.

Other than homemaking, homeschooling, and business, I also devote my life to help others find hope in God and live by His Word. It is what makes my life filled with purpose.
