- Hometessori COLLECTION - this generally is what we call the OLD format. We used to offer all our resources in Google Drive folders accessible by a navigation file. It’s a collection of PDF files within folders, arranged by subject area, then in folders of manuals and of print kits. We no longer offer this since the launch of the Hometessori Lesson Library.
- Hometessori LESSON LIBRARY (HLL)- this is how we call the NEW format, launched since July 2026. It holds the same core content found in the Hometessori Collection (and more), delivered in an online module-style platform. We’re breaking down all the key features below, on this article.
- Hometessori MANUALS — these are our homeschooler-friendly Montessori albums, still offered on our website, without the printables.
- Hometessori MODULES — Each subject area we cover is in a module format. The HLL is divided into 8 modules, grouped into two (Basic & Upgrade). Each module includes all the lessons in the Manuals, and all the printables in our Print Kits. (Note: We no longer offer the Print Kits for each subject as a single file with hundreds of pages)
- BASIC Modules — include both the lesson, printables, and tools of the four (4) key areas: Sensorial, Practical Life, Math, and Language
- UPGRADE Modules — include both the lesson, printables, and tools of the four (4) cultural areas: Life Science (Botany, Zoology, Human Life), Physical Science (Physics, Geology, Astronomy), Geography & History, Arts & Music.
- Hometessori PRIMARY Basic & Upgrade — Primary means the 3-6 age group the resources are for. Although a lot of our Language, Math, & Cultural resources can still be used up to around age 9, we don’t market it as an “elementary curriculum” because Montessori Elementary (ages 6–12) has a different scope and developmental aim, centered on Cosmic Education and the child’s place in the wider world.
What are the features of the Hometessori Lesson Library platform?

In the HLL, you finish the Montessori theory of each subject area to unlock the rest of the lessons. This sets the tone: Montessori begins with adult preparation.

2. Complete guide + extension works

3. Easy to navigate through each module
The HLL uses module-style paging arranged similarly as in the printable Manuals, for each subject area, but better. That structure supports order, and order supports consistency.
No more multiple folders to get lost in. You’ll find each module in the user dashboard and then upon clicking the module, you’ll see all of the lessons on the side bar, while the lesson you’re on is still on view.
You see where a lesson belongs categorically, what generally comes before and after it, based on the age recommendations. So, you get a clearer sense of the Montessori sequence while you plan.
4. Printable manual with the tools included
You can print a physical copy of the Manual which includes all of the lessons in the modules, tools for lesson planning, observation, and progress monitoring, PLUS an editable spreadsheet of the scope and sequence.
This is especially useful for when you’re offline and/or you want to have a screen-free guide beside you as you present the lessons. Honestly, most of us just can’t memorize all the steps despite the practice, right?
Also, having a clear scope and sequence helps you see the bigger picture (i.e., what prepares the hand for writing, what prepares the mind for the decimal system, and what builds concentration over time). Then, you plan with more peace. You present lessons in an order that supports your child’s growth and protects the rhythm of your homeschooling.

In simple words, you can still use Hometessori Primary up to around age 9, but it’s still different from the Montessori curriculum for elementary, which is fundamentally the Cosmic Education for ages 6-12.
